This series introduces unprecedented innovative movements in the Victorinox lineup, empowering wearers to manage their time with confidence and truly spend their time wisely. Concept One marks a significant step forward, debuting a groundbreaking solar watch and an automatic movement engineered with a reliable 68-hour power reserve. Concept One features a minimalist aesthetic paired with powerful functionality. The collection, available in a 39 mm diameter, combines its innovative Swiss solar movement with a refined and understated Swiss design.
REVOLUTIONARY SOLAR POWER
Concept One debuts Victorinox’s first solar watch – a smart and sustainable solution. Powered by a Swiss Made Ronda 215 solar movement, the watch is built for longevity with an 8-year battery life, eliminating the need for battery replacement for at least eight years. Harnessing both sunlight and indoor light, the solar cell ensures continuous operation in varied environments, enabling the movement to make the most of the day and the sun’s energy. A quick-start function ensures that one minute of sunlight is enough to restart a fully discharged movement, and the power reserve maintains operation for up to eight months in total darkness. Advanced technology provides over-charge protection, preserving durability and performance.
A MASTERPIECE OF HERITAGE AND INNOVATION
The collection also introduces a Swiss Made automatic La Joux-Perret G100 movement with a 68-hour power reserve – enough to leave the watch unwound over a weekend without needing to reset it on Monday. Designed for a fluid, contemporary lifestyle, this caliber ensures enduring precision and reliability, supporting the idea of using time wisely across both everyday and exceptional moments.
The solar models feature a plain curved dial, while the automatic versions offer a vertically brushed dial for a more technical aesthetic. The sunray-satin bezel, with a polished inner part and an inner sloped hexagonal shape, includes anti-scratch protection and complements the refined geometry of the case.
Both the solar and automatic models feature a 39 mm stainless-steel case and are water resistant to 100 meters (10 ATM / 330 feet). Luminescent indexes and hands guarantee readability in low light. For convenience, all straps and bracelets incorporate a tool-free strap system with a deployant buckle, ensuring seamless interchangeability. Durability is reinforced through double anti-shock protection, while the solar movement additionally offers magnetic resistance. The sunray-satin bezel with its anti-scratch coating ensures lasting clarity and a distinctive visual identity.
